Relating Positively

Establishing and maintaining successful relationships is often hard work, not due to a lack of love, but often due histories of insecure attachments early on. The person you love today may not be able to love you back the way you need it, simply because they have never learned how. In couple counseling, you can both learn how.

About

Tamarra Aristilde-Calixte, MS, LMFT, CCTP-II,

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I’m a relationship expert committed to helping individuals in relationships, build, improve and sustain long lasting positive changes in their union. My work focuses on exploring maladaptive patterns of interactions and beliefs about the roles and meaning of individuals in committed relationships. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping couples deconstruct the unhelpful ways of relating so they may subsequently develop safe, sustainable and successful ways of connecting with one another. I provide face to face sessions in Massachusetts and Telehealth couple counseling to Florida residents.
